Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
UNIONE COMMUNICATIONS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') values the personal information of job applicants and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. Through this privacy policy, the Company informs you of the purposes and methods by which the personal information you provide is being used, and what measures are being taken to protect personal information. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods The Company collects the following personal information only when conducting open (rolling) recruitment. · Items collected: Personal identification information (ID photo, Korean and English name, date of birth, address, phone number, mobile phone number, email), educational background (school, enrollment period, transfer status, major, grades, graduation status), work experience (employer, employment period, duties, position, salary), military service (branch, service type, military specialty, rank, service period, reason for exemption), certifications (certificate/license type and date obtained), other items (foreign language test name/score and test date, overseas training region/period and training course) · Collection method: Website (www.unione.co.kr) Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes: · Conducting recruitment screening, verifying qualifications, providing stage-by-stage results, and sharing recruitment-related information Retention and Use Period of Personal Information: Personal information of job applicants who have consented to the talent pool will be stored and used for ongoing recruitment from the relevant talent database when hiring is needed. However, if a job applicant requests deletion of personal information, it will be deleted without delay. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information After the purpose of personal information collection and use has been achieved, the Company destroys the relevant information without delay, except for job applicants who have consented to the talent pool. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows: · Destruction procedure: Information of job applicants is stored for a certain period after the purpose has been achieved, then destroyed, except for those who have consented to the talent pool. · Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable. Provision of Personal Information: The Company does not, in principle, provide job applicants' personal information to external parties.
